Collaborating with SHOEI, the well-known motorcycle helmets giant enabled Cardo to make an innovative communication handsfree system that can connect to any SHOEI helmet, and become a product that many bikers would appreciate.
When we were approached by Cardo to create the ultimate communication system for motorcyclists, we immediately joined the challenge. The main issue for us was to produce such a system that would fit any SHOEI helmet and will allow easy, convenient installation, without any adhesions, that will not harm the visibility and quality of the expensive helmet and will allow communication at the highest level.
The system itself consists of two parts – Both can be assembled on the helmet, quickly and easily, without damaging the helmet. One part is the antenna that enters the helmet and is thus protected from external damage, and the other part contains the headset and microphone which goes under the ear, so it can be turned on and off easily. The user does not need to look at the buttons before pressing them, because they are coated with durable silicone that separates them and allows to select the correct button by blind touch.
Safety is a very important thing when it comes to riding a two-wheeled vehicle, so the system provides you maximum comfort and allows you to communicate between you and other riders easily, consume any type of media, whether it is answering a phone call and high audio quality, listening to music while driving, or using the small and built-in walkie-talkie.
We have developed a special patent that allows connection without wires, cables, drills, or gluing that impair the quality and appearance of the helmet.
Beyond being particularly functional, this communication system is also resistant to all-terrain conditions, is water-resistant, and extremely resistant to falls and bruises.
