Being a part of a drone lovers’ community is always having to worry about safety and about losing your drone. SafeAir is a stand-alone safety system that can be easily attached to your drone and solves these two worries.
It has a diagnosis system that detects whether the drone is going out of range, hits an obstacle, has a malfunction or starts to fall unexpectedly.
In these cases, the product autonomously rotates 450, in a fraction of a second, to lock the propellers, opens the canopy, and ejects a parachute to secure the drone’s slow landing, without injuring anyone on the ground by the propeller blades.
Taga had a turn-key mission: to invent the electro-mechanical solution and mechanisms and to design, develop and produce the SafeAir product.

It has a diagnosis system that detects whether the drone is going out of range, hits an obstacle, has a malfunction or starts to fall unexpectedly.
In these cases, the product autonomously rotates 45°, in a fraction of a second, to lock the propellers, opens the canopy, and ejects a parachute to secure the drone’s slow landing, without injuring anyone on the ground by the propeller blades.
Taga had a turn-key mission: to invent the electro-mechanical solution and mechanisms and to design, develop and produce the SafeAir product.
The diagnosis system, which was developed by Parazero itself, had to be integrated into the product in a seamless way. There were many challenges during the project: the system had to do all actions simultaneously, without using many parts, and be as strong and lightweight as possible.
The propeller stoppers had to be in the right hardness (shore), to be able to stop the rotors immediately, but without breaking the blades while doing that. The system had to be easily installed by end-users and fit at least the two most popular drones.
Taga took upon itself the integration of all systems and built a production and assembly line in China. Today the SafeAir system is successfully sold worldwide, it was approved by the USA Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to be flown over people (in events, concerts, beaches, etc) and the company has been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
